Initial Consultation Policy Purpose The initial consultation is designed to determine whether this program is the right fit for your goals, lifestyle, and needs. It provides a safe, judgment-free space to discuss your history, challenges, and aspirations so we can outline a personalized plan forward. What to Expect Duration: 45–60 minutes (via Zoom unless otherwise specified). Focus: We will explore your current habits, health concerns, emotional triggers, and desired outcomes. Brain-Science Approach: You will be introduced to how this program leverages neuroscience, hypnosis, and coaching to help you rewire habits at the root cause. Next Steps: At the end of the consultation, you’ll receive recommendations on whether to move forward with the program, along with a clear overview of what participation will involve. Fees The initial consultation is complimentary. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed consultations or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting the complimentary session. Confidentiality All information shared during the consultation is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, in accordance with HIPAA coaching confidentiality standards. No Obligation The consultation is not a commitment to enroll in the program. It is an opportunity for both client and coach to decide if working together is the right match.
